One patient have large quantity of postoperative hemorrhage, then have reoperation.2patient have pleural effusion after the surgery. Other patients have no angiography and boltplugging associated complications, and all the patients were recovered from the hospital. Conclusion Hybrid procedures for TOF with APCAs is safe and feasible, which also have the advantage of less bleeding, less operation time, less complications and quicker recovery.
