Objectives: The paper aims to provide theoretical basis for clinical application by usingthe software to generate the3D solid model and the3D finite element model of thelower central incisors, and by biomechanical analysis of the stress on the porcelainlaminate complex adhesive layer. Methods: The dental raw data is obtained by Micro-CT, to file the image intoMimics10.01software, in order to generate the3D solid model and the3D finiteelement model of the lower central incisors by topo algorithm and ANSA software. With the finite element method analysis of the stress distribution of porcelain laminatecomplex adhesive layer with different thickness under different loading conditions, andto solve the model using the ABAQUS/Standard solver, and stress analysis. Results: The precise3D solid model and3D finite element model of the lower centralincisors are achieved. The stress nephogram shows: for the vertical loading, Von Misesstress is mainly concentrated on the tongue far in1/3and the cut ends of the adhesivelayer in1/3. For the oblique loading, Von Mises stress is mainly concentrated on thelabial surface cut end distal1/3and lingual cervical distal1/3. Von Mises stress ofoblique loading is always more powerful than the one of vertical loading; when theadhesive thickness is100um in different loading conditions, Von Mises stress has theminimum power. Conclusion: The focus of mandibular central incisors porcelain veneer restorations isthe edge of the cut ends of the adhesive layer, and to guide the extension of themandibular teeth long axis under stress. When the thickness of the adhesive layer isaround100um, it is more conductive to the bonding effect of porcelain veneer.
