Correlation Between Inflammatory Factor And Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI) And Treatments On MCI

Objective and basement：To explore the role of interleukin-6(Interliukin6,IL-6), high sensitive C reactive protein (hypersensitive3C-reactiveprotein, hs-CRP)associated with mild cognitive impairment in the elderly.Observing VinpocetineInjection, folium ginkgo injection (GBE) effects on inflammatory cytokines in plasmaof patients with mild cognitive impairment and clinical efficacy.Method: Methods to detect by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immuneturbidimetric test.100cases of elderly healthy volunteers as normal control group,100cases of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment as MCI group, and the levelsof hs-CRP、IL-6were detected.In addition,300cases of mild cognitive impairmentin the elderly patients were randomly divided into MCI control group, vinpocetinegroup, ginkgo leaf group.The three group were treated with routine western medicinetherapy; Intravenous infusion of vinpocetine treatment group using VinpocetineInjection30mg in0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection or5%Glucose Injection100ml.ginkgo leaf group with folium ginkgo20ml in0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection or5%Glucose Injection250ml intravenous infusion, The course of treatment was11days,then the level of IL-6、hs-CRP of3groups were compared.Result: Compared with the normal control group, IL-6of mild cognitive impairmentgroup significantly increased(P<0.05), hs-CRP levels were also significantlyelevated(P<0.05). MCI control group of IL-6, hs-CRP before and after treatment wereindifferent, Vinpocetine group of IL-6, hs-CRP before and after treatment weredifferent, there was statistical significance（P both<0.05）, Meanwhile, ginkgo leafgroup of IL-6, hs-CRP before and after treatment were different, there was statisticalsignificance（P both<0.05）. Vinpocetine group before and after treatment MoCAscore no difference；ginkgo leaf group before and after treatment MoCA score nodifference.Conclusion: Mild cognitive dysfunction and inflammatory cytokines are related，IL-6,hs-CRP might be a sensitive index to predict the elderly with mild cognitiveimpairment.. Vinpocetine Injection, folium ginkgo injection can decrease the level ofinflammatory factors in patients with mild cognitive impairment in plasma. Clinicaleffect of two drugs in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment but still need furtherstudy.
