Affect Serum Cortisol And ACTH QHD Method Of Heat Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: Explore the impact and efficacy of the mechanism of heat anddampness circulation method adrenal function in children with nephroticsyndrome.Methods: Folder on the hot and humid stasis syndrome nephrotic syndromein children，circulation method using combined heat and dampness formaltreatment of glucocorticoid，detection of serum levels of cortisol andadrenocorticotropic hormone before and after treatment.Assessment of adrenalfunction and statistical analysis of the efficacy mechanism.Results:30cases of heat clip stasis syndrome in children with nephroticsyndrome， serum cortisol levels before treatment were significantly lowerthan after treatment， and significantly lower than normal children; serumACTH levels were not significantly different before and after treatment， werelower than normal children.Conclusion: After the application of heat treatment of children with QHDlaw adrenal been improved to some extent. Heat QHD method adrenal functionmay not directly improve the role， but can indirectly reduce the impact ofthe disease through the use of hormones in children’s development， therebyreducing its inhibition of adrenal function.
