Objective: Through the different therapeutic approaches for the treatment ofintraventricular hemorrhage, A study of traditional Chinese medicine and the lateralventricle drainage in intraventricular hemorrhage in rats. Methods: The patients were divided into routine treatment of Western medicinecombined with lateral ventricle external drainage group, routine western medicinetreatment combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group, routine western medicine therapycombined with external ventricular drainage combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoctiontreatment group, through the duration of headache, bleeding, cerebral vasospasm incidence, hydrocephalus rate, clinical efficacy observation, comparative efficacy. Results: After28days of treatment group total effective rate of clinical treatment(cure and improvement)(84.62%) was significantly higher than that in control group(73.08%) and a control group of two (71.70%), the difference was significant (P<0.001).Compared with the control group, the treatment group headache, neck stiffness duration, cerebral vasospasm incidence, hydrocephalus prevalence were significantly shorter, thedifference was significant (P<0.01or P<0.05).The treatment group the rebleeding rate compared with the control group, nosignificant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Conventional treatment of Western medicine combined with lateralventricle flow combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment group is better than thatof routine treatment of Western medicine combined with lateral ventricle drainage or Xuefu ZhuyuDecoction group, and does not increase bleeding again risk, worthy of clinicalapplication.
