| This study aims at applying the theory of combination of TCM and Western medicine,combined with modern scientific and technological means, from the theoretical and clinicalaspects by BJJW for treatment of end-stage patients with primary liver cancer.Andobservation on its regulatory role of the Renin-angiotensin system and liver fibrosis, livercancer and renal blood flow detection. Confirmed on liver fibrosis,Hepatorenal syndrome,portal hypertension, liver cancer effects in such areas, to prove that this medicine onprimary hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with end-stage of Renin-angiotensin systemin force, which is on a quest to end-stage primary liver cancer treatments.According to the clinical syndromes, liver-Qi stagnation syndrome, Qi stagnationblood stasis, damp-heat accumulation of dangerous drugs is a major disease in thismachine. Qi activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis Xiaoji, addition andsubtraction of qushi Huatan BJJW capsules on this21cases, In placebo controlledtreatment of this credit in21cases, Results showed that treatment of angiotensinⅡ,laminin and hyaluronic acid, AFP, renal blood flow have improved significantly. Muchbetter than the control group (P<0.05).This study shows that the party has a role of inhibition of Renin-angiotensin system,so as to achieve remission, improved Hepatorenal syndrome and liver fibrosis and delayeffects such as recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma. Was confirmed by all these BJJWfor treatment of end-stage of primary liver cancer with reliable function. |
