Purpose: This study obstructive azoospermia sperm motility and epididymal fluidtumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and other aspects ofstarting, observed since the proposed network proficient students affected parties onpregnancy outcome and explore possible mechanisms.Methods: April2013to October2013in Shandong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of reproductive center line of the follicle pulpsperm injection (ICSI) of100cases of obstructive azoospermia patients were randomlydivided into four groups: Shengjingtongluo fang group of25patients; L-carnitine(positive control) group of26cases; Placebo plus life intervention group24cases. Lifeintervention group25cases. Shengjingtongluo fang group taking Shengjingtongluo fang(day one, morning and evening hours service); L-carnitine group taking oral L-carnitine(1.0g/time,3times/day); intervention group taking placebo plus life with living finet2dm appearance similar to that of the Shengjingtongluo fang plus life intervention,intervention group life only life interventi on treatment.Continuous treatment30days for acourse after the end of each course of collecting semen samples were measured before andafter treatment groups epididymal fluid tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), reactiveoxygen species (ROS) levels, and epididymal sperm motility, morphology comparisonbetween the four groups of PESA-ICSI oocytes, fertilized number, fertilization rate,high-quality embryos, embryo quality and pregnancy rates.Results:1.in the group before and after treatment sperm motility index contrast: Shengjingtongluo fang group a grade sperm motility(P=0.0004<0.01), b grade spermmotility (P=0.0456<0.05) and sperm motility (P=0.0053<0.01) were increasedcompared with before treatment, L-carnitine group a level of sperm motility (P=0.0001<0.01), b-stage sperm motility (P=0.0097<0.01) and sperm motility (P=0.0051<0.01)compared with before treatment were significantly increased, there was no significantchange in the other two groups of indicators.2.Shengjingtongluo fang group before and after treatment groups and L-carnitinegroup epididymal fluid tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)(P=0.0000<0.01), reactiveoxygen species (ROS) levels (P=0.0000<0.01) with compared to before treatment weresignificantly reduced, the other two groups was statistically significant changes in theindicators epididymal fluid no.3.among the four groups before and after treatment the number of oocytes,fertilization and fertilization rate number was no significant difference (P>0.05).Shengjingtongluo fang group and the left carnitine group access to quality embryos andembryo quality was significantly higher than the other two groups (P <0.01), wasstatistically significant. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) among the fourgroups pregnancy.Conclusion: confirmed obstructive azoospermia epididymal fluid TNF-α and ROS,particularly associated with sperm motility. Proficient students can network side downepididymal fluid TNF-α and ROS levels, thereby improving the epididymis environmentand can enhance sperm motility and fertilization capacity, thereby improving ICSIpregnancy outcome.
