Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Deep Circumlfex Iliac Vascular Pedicle Iliac Bone Transplantation In The Treatment Of Femoral Neck Rfacture In Young Patients

Objective: The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine in the past10years for the young cases of femoral neck fracture with deepcircumflex iliac vascular pedicle iliac bone transplantation patients were treated forinvestigation and follow-up analysis, to explore an effective method for the treatment offemoral neck fracture in young.Methods: Analysis of the clinical data and X-ray in our hospital from January to2013in2000November using deep circumflex iliac vascular pedicle iliac bone transplantationin the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young patients, and were followed up for5-10years. Effect of using Harris scoring standards for the operation mode of assessment.Results: Treatment of33cases of Harris score, the excellent and good rate was84.8%,2cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, malunion and nonunion of fracture,complication rate was15.2%, postoperative function and imaging results were satisfactory.Conclusion: Pedicled iliac bone flap with deep iliac circumflex vessel transplantationcan improve the femoral head and neck blood circulation, accelerate fracture healing andreduce complications, is one of the effective methods for treatment of femoral neckfracture.
