Purpose: To observe the Xifeng Jiedu HuaTan Decoction on blood pressure inspontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) intervention of vascular remodeling, starting from theimpact of TLR4/NF-κ B pathway and inflammatory factors, verify the Xifeng Jiedu TongluoDecoction on vascular remodeling of hypertension treatment effect, and the first step toexplore the mechanism of action, and research and looking for new ideas and new methods inthe treatment of hypertensionMethods:a total of16week old SHR rats (SHR)40。 The experimental group were fedwith high fat diet and traditional Chinese medicine orally for8weeks, the tail measuredchanges in blood pressure in rats and rats; Determination of serum TNF-α, IL-1β, hs-CRPcontent using double antibody sandwich ELISA method; routine paraffin section, H-Estaining, observe the morphology changes and measurement of thoracic aortic intima-mediathickness in the optical microscope (M) and lumen diameter (L); to detect the expression ofvascular tissue by RT-PCR method in TLR4and NF-KB mRNA expression;immunohistochemistry was used to detect TLR4and TNF-a protein arter.Results: the expression of Xifeng Jiedu HuaTan Decoction can inhibit SHR rat seruminflammatory factor TNF-α, IL-1β, hs-CRP expression in the aorta; mRNA, Xifeng JieduTongluo Decoction high dose group rats TLR4and NF-KB expression compared with themodel group was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the expression can inhibit the ratarterial TLR4and TNF-a proteiConclusion:the expression of Xifeng Jiedu HuaTan Decoction can inhibit TLR4/NF-KB pathway and inflammatory factors, so as to improve the process of vascular remodeling inhypertension...
