Purpose:By frozen rat model, validate and explore some typical acupuncture treatment combined with needle blade mechanism, providing a more scientific basis for clinical theory.Method:Rats using continuous stretch rotary motion plus forelimb prepared frozen ice of frozen rat model. Use blade needles, needles, needle blade group therapy combined with acupuncture needle rats. Treatment of animals in each group to detect typical analgesic substance5-hydroxytryptamine, histamine inflammatory emissions, then analyze the data. Results:The data comparison, the blade needle acupuncture combined treatment group, serum histamine and brain homogenates5-serotonin levels far lower than other treatment groups, and close to the normal control group. Serum histamine edge acupuncture group and brain homogenates5-serotonin levels below needle treatment groups. Observed after treatment of the rats eating and found that acupuncture combined with needle blade rats recover faster.Results:The data comparison, the blade needle acupuncture combined treatment group, serum histamine and brain homogenates5-serotonin levels far lower than other treatment groups, and close to the normal control group.
