| Objective:Comparative Analysis of radiofrequency ablation andsurgical resection for the treatment of small hepatocellular carcinomaclinical outcomes; Methods:A retrospective analysis of patient case, the SecondHospital of Jilin University Hospital in March2009to March2012during the treatment in25cases of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer early, and the sameperiod of25underwent open liver resection surgery early treatment ofcases of liver cancer patients were compared, the number of days ofhospitalization to compare the postoperative complications, postoperativechanges in liver function and after1year and3-year survival rate anddisease-free survival of discrepancy. Results: Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation in patients1and3-year survival rates were72%,48%;3-year survival rate was92%,68%resection group,3-year survival rate was76%.44%;3-year survival ratewas95%,61%.Two free survival and survival rates were not significantlydifferent (P>0.05). RFA group after several days of hospitalization was6.10±4.69days, the surgical group postoperative hospital stay was12.2±5.30days, and the two are significantly different (P=0.001). Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation group ALT after five days withpreoperative difference of44±43.5u/1, five days after the surgery groupALT preoperative difference of112.1±90.5u/1, there is a significantdifference between the two (P=0.003).Conclusion: Meet the Milan criteria for liver cancer early, that smallhepatocellular carcinoma patients, radiofrequency ablation and surgicalresection is similar to the long-term effect, but RFA is simple, lessinvasive, quicker recovery, can replace part of open surgery. |
