The Clinical Study Of PFLCP For Intertrochanteric Fractures With Lateral Wall Risk In Elder Patients

Objective:To explore the clinical result of using PFLCP internal fixation cureintertrochanteric fractures with Lateral Wall Risk in elder patients. Discussits attentions, intraoperative and postoperative complications。Method:Retrospective analysis26cases from February2012to March2015,using PFLCP curing intertrochanteric fracture with Lateral Wall Risk inelder patients. Male10cases, female16cases, age65~96,78in average.According AO classification standard，AO31A2.2:15cases，A2.3:11cases.Follow up their postoperative complications, healing time and functionscore. Functional consequence were assessed according to the Harris hipscoring system.Result:Follow up26cases, The mean length of incision was8.62cm. Themean blood loss was161.5ml and the duration of operation was62min．From8to14months,11months in average, all patients got boneunion. According Harris hip function classification standard, excellent20cases,76.92%， fine4cases，15.39%， inferior2cases，7.69%.fine/excellent rate92.31%.Conculsion:1、PFLCP curing intertrochanteric fracture with Lateral Wall Risk inelder patients has a well clinical effect；2、Good reduction of the fracture isa condition of the successful opreation.
