Objective:To evaluate retrospectively clinical curative effect of anterior hybriddecompression with fusion (ACCF combined with ACDF) intreatment of multilevel cervical spondylosisMethod:From February,2012to now,11cases in multilevel cervicalspondylosis received treatment of anterior hybrid decompression withfusion, analyzing the age of patients, operation time,peri-operativebleeding,the Cobb angle of fusion, comparing pre-and postoperative JOAscore, calculating improvement rate, appraising the conditions of internalfixation and bone healing, and serious complications or not by images.Result:8to22months follow-up time,15months on average, JOA score andimprovement rate is raised in varying degree, average operationtime, average blood loss during operation and average hospitalizationtime were low;there were no complication including delayed bone graftunion, sinking of internal fixation and so on by anterior hybriddecompression with fusion;at the end of follow-up,there were noserious complication, such as vertebral collapse phenomenon, fixation failure and so on.During the follow-up,the examination of X-ray,CTdemonstrated bone graft growed well. Conclusion:The operation plan of anterior hybrid decompression with fusion isan ideal operation scheme for the treatment of multilevel cervicalspondylosis, with more advantages.
