Analysis Of Clinical Application And Adverse Drug Reaction Of The Kudiezi Injection

ObjectivesBy focusing on monitoring the usage of Kudiezi injection and adverse reactionsoccur, to review after the listing of safety. Understand the Kudiezi injections inclinical application, the incidence of adverse reactions and appear in the process, toexplore the causes of adverse reactions, provide reference for clinical reasonablemedication safety.MethodsThis study selected from June2012to March2012, after seven level of first-classhospital in hospitalized patients using Kudiezi injections as the research object, by themethod of the key monitoring and by reference to study the clinical pharmacistshospital to fill in the key monitoring information, records and drug use basic situation,the key of the drug was observed in patients with adverse reaction and safetyinformation, in order to proven the clinical manifestations of adverse reactions andinfluencing factors.Results1.The general situation of patients:In this investigation, patients which usingKuDieZi injection are2986，males are1456and females are1530；the age of patientsbetween15~99,the average age is60.85±13.73.90patients had allergies，proportionis3.01%.2.The situation of clinical medicine: Kudiezi injection mainly used in6departments, the proportions of Neurology and cardiovascular medicine are higher,they are probably55.66%and37.84%.Original disease are mainly distributed inNervous system(Infarction, Cerebral Insufficiency, etc.), CardiovascularSystem(Coronary Heart Disease, Arrhythmia, High blood pressure, etc.), Respiratorysystem(Emphysema, Chronic bronchitis, etc.) and Other systems(Lumbar discherniation, Carbon monoxide poisoning, Sudden deafness, etc.). Solvent choosing which conforms with drug Instructions is68.32%,946cases don’t conform, theproportion is31.68%, the proportion of using250ml is68.29%. Single dosage whichusing40ml is maximum. Some patients have drug overdose(50ml) the proportion is27.56%.Using days which between5~10is maximum.The reason of stopping using ismainly improve, leave hospital, transfer, death(non-test drug). Drug combinationbetween4~6is maximum, the proportion is58.54%3.The situation of adverse drug reaction：The rate of ADR is0.10%;two patientscome from Neurology medicine,and one comes from cardiovascular medicine,are allfemale,the age between42~59. Original Diseases are Ischemic CerebrovascularDisease, Vertigo syndrome, Hypertension,and don’t have allergies. Combinationtherapy all exceed three drugs. Purposes of using drug are all improvingcirculation.Three patients are all first using. Drug dosage and solvent conforms withdrug Instructions; Adverse drug reactions mainly have Itching rash, Difficultybreathing, Swelling,are all general adverse reactions.Without special treatment,recovered after stopping using test drug.The evaluation of relevance with Kudieziinjection,two cases are very likely,one case is possible.Conclusion1.KuDieZi injection mainly used in Neurology and cardiovascular medicine,mainly used in Nervous system, Cardiovascular System, and Other systems.2.Patients mostly conforms with drug Instructions. In the drug dosage, solventselection,there are phenomenon which do not conform the drug Instructions.3.In this iInvestigation,the rate of adverse drug reaction is lower,and are allgeneral reaction. Swelling is an new symptom.
