Objective:To investigate the diurnal variation pattern of blood pressure in hypertensive patients with yin-yang deficiency, and according to the diurnal variation pattern of blood pressure to research the influence of time-choosing administration on the effectiveness of hypertensive patients with yin-yang deficiency. Methods:Divided into two steps. The first step is a total of132hypertensive encounter patients in the community with yin-yang deficiency were included in the syndrome differentiation standard and the inclusion criteria.Their blood pressure was monitored day and night, and study whether the obtained blood pressure data have a variation pattern. The second step is this study included60patients, all from May2014to December2014in the second affiliated hospital of our university.60patients were randomly divided into observation and control group, each group has30cases, observation group medicated time according to patients’ blood pressure fluctuations, the control group were administration routine, before treatment and after treatment respectively, monitoring the hypothesis in patients with blood pressure and TCM syndrome score.Results:1.The circadian changes of blood pressure:Blood pressure changes have a peak, appeared at18o’clock.2.The situations of time of administration:(1) Observation group blood pressure changes after treatment have a peak, earlier appeared at16o’clock. Control group blood pressure changes after treatment have a peak, and the peak did not change significantly earlier, appeared at18o’clock. Observation group average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had a significant difference before and after treatment(p<0.05). Control group average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure had no significant difference before and after treatment(p>0.05). There had been significant differences in patients after treatment of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and blood pressure peak between the two groups(p<0.05).Two groups of patients blood pressure difference had a significant difference before and after treatment.(2) Observation group score of TCM symptoms had a significant difference before and after treatment(p<0.01). Control group score of TCM symptoms had no significant difference before and after treatment (p>0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups for syndrome score and score decreased after treatment(p<0.01).Conclusion:The blood pressure of hypertensive patients with yin-yang deficiency varies in a certain pattern. Using time differentiation of drug administration more conducive to improve the blood pressure of hypertensive patients with yin-yang deficiency, relieve the symptoms of patients. |
