Clinical Observation On Dahan Decoction Treating Pediatric Hidrosis Syndrome (Yangming Meridian And Fu-organ Syndrome)

Objective:The study observe the clinical effect of Dahan decoction treating pediatric hidrosis syndrome of yangming meridian and fu-organ syndrome through the use of six-meridian syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and the establishment of a new pattern combining yangming meridian syndrome with yangming fu-organ syndrome of pediatric hidrosis syndrome,which can explore preliminarily the efficacy of Dahan decoction on treating pediatric hidrosis syndrome in order to create a new thought of treatments and better guide and apply to clinical treatment.Methods:62cases who is suffered pediatric hidrosis syndrome of yangming meridian.and fu-organ syndrome and aged1-14years old are regarded as the research object.They were divided into two groups stochastically and in parallel group: the treatment group with31patients,the control group with31patients.According to the age,the treatment group and the control group were orally given Dahan decoction and Longmuzhuanggu granule.After the treatment has been done for four consecutive weeks.we make some comparison about the primary symptom curative effect and syndrome curative effect,including comparing before and after treatment of treatment group itself,comparing the treatment group with the control group,which is to make an evaluation on the safety and effectiveness of Dahan decoction on treating pediatric hidrosis syndrome.Results:1.There were no statistical significance on gender, age and disease-duration in the two groups (P>0.05),which shows they were comparable.2.on primary symptom curative effect:The treatment group shows20cured cases,0markedly effective cases,8effective cases,2non-effective case,and the total efficiency of93.33%;the control group shows12cured cases,0markedly effective cases,13effective cases,5non-effective case,and the total efficiency of83.33%. Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).It points out the treatment group was superior to the control group on disease effect.3.On the syndrome curative effect:The treatment group shows13cured cases,12markedly effective cases,3effective cases,2non-effective case,and the total efficiency of93.33%;the control group shows7cured cases,6markedly effective cases,12effective cases,5non-effective case,and the total efficiency of83.33%.Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).It points out the treatment group was superior to the control group on syndrome effect.4.There is a downward trend on the accumulate points of the treatment group and the control group during treating two times,Difference before and after treatment between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05),which point out the symptom were gradually improving with the increase of medication.Conclusion:Dahan decoction is effective on treating pediatric hidrosis syndrome of yangming meridian and fu-organ syndrome.
