The Study Of The Relationship Among Tongue Inspection And Lung Cancer Histological Types, Syndrome Differentiation Types Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Previously Untreated Lung Cancer

Objective:The previously untreated lung cancer patients of this research through the relationship of the tongue and the tongue coating and tongue and dialectical classification and the histological types are discussed, such as in lung cancer diagnosis, tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine for the future lay a solid foundation for prediction and treatment.Method:We observate the tongue in163cases of previously untreated lung cancer patients through a cross-sectional study of methods. The patients be collected by two oncology graduates who participated in the unified training, under the guidance of two associate chief physicians.The syndrome differentiation typing is applied in the traditional chinese medicine.Result:(1)The overall distribution:In patients with lung cancer, in terms of the pathological classification, with squamous carcinoma of the most, followed by adenocarcinoma; In terms of syndrome differentiation types, the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is most, who is followed by syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung, with syndrome of blazing heat-toxin at least.(2)The distribution of Tongue Inspection as a whole:The patients of previously untreated lung cancer, most with dark purple tongue, is followed by red tongue; in terms of tongue shape, Teeth-print is often seen with swollen tongue. Swollen tongue and teeth-print are most, who are followed by fissured tongue.In the case of moving state of tongue, Pathological tongue state is less. Relatively speaking, Withers softly tongue is saw a bit more. The varicose of Lung cancer patients sublingual-threads is obvious. II degree varicose is most. The tongue coating based on greasy coating.(3)The distribution of Tongue Inspection with lung cancer histological types:①tongue proper. Squamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer with dark purple tongue is the most common.And red tongue has increased the proportion of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. Oln the case of squamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer,swollen tongue and teeth-print are most, who are followed by fissured tongue.As far as lung adenocarcinoma, the proportion of issured tongue is a obvious higher than one of Squamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer. Small cell lung cancer and squamous cell carcinomas of the sublingual collaterals varicose is significantly higher than other lung cancer.②tongue coating:Squamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer in patients with tongue coating is given most to with greasy coating, who is followed by a thin white coating or little/no coating.But the coating of lung adenocarcinoma patients based on white coating or little/no coating.(4)The distribution of Tongue Inspection with lung cancer syndrome differentiation types:①(?) tongue proper:Red tongue is higher then others in the patients of yin-deficiency and toxic heat syndrome and toxic heat flourishing syndrome. The rest of the syndrome types are most common of dark tongue. In the case of,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung syndrome and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin, swollen tongue and teeth-print are most, especially with phlegm-dampness accumulated in the lung syndrome significantly. In the case of tongue shape of yin-deficiency and toxic heat syndrome and toxic heat flourishing syndrome, fissured tongue is the most. The sublingual collaterals varicose of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and yin-deficiency and toxic heat syndrome is more obvious than other syndromes.②tongue coating:tongue coating of phlegmdampness accumulated in the lung syndrome and toxic heat flourishing syndrome is the most to greasy coating,But little/no coating is seen most in yin-deficiency and toxic heat syndrome. Conclusion:The tougue inspection of the different histological types, different types of the previously untreated lung cancer patients are different. The tongue diagnosis has important clinical significance in the diagnosis prediction and treatment of lung cancer,but It just is one of the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis methods.Only comprehensiving analysis of data gained by fourdiagnostic methods,we can draw a correct diagnosis of traditional Chinese Medicine.
