Dental CT has special purpose in medical research, it is irreplaceable in clinical examination. The object is patient which is a particular object, therefore, security and reliability of Dental CT is particularly important; Machine maintenance should be operated by the worker special trained. So it is hard for hospital to find the CT fault. In order to save manpower and energy and to avoid unnecessary loss, the remote fault diagnosis for research is necessary.Modern mechanical and electrical equipment fault diagnosis technology is more and more important, people put a lot of energy to research it.Mechanical and electrical equipment fault diagnosis technology has made great progress:people find out a series of new theoretical methods and techniques, increase the efficiency of the judgment of the equipment failure, and laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the fault diagnostic analysis and repairing, making intelligent diagnosis possible.This thesis builds up a remote fault diagnosis system of the dental CT in our lab. First,we build up a network module with DM9161E,config MAC controller,write hardware driver. We use SEP4020platform as hardware, mainly make some researchs on the transplant network communication agreement based on the embedded real-time operating system, which will transform data to the PC. We transform μC/OS-Ⅱ and LwIP to SEP4020and test them about task changing, ping test and website test. The gray correlation analysis combined with forward reasoning can build up the fault diagnosis system.We list a fault table and the rule table, then we make some fault to test the system. The system can find out10faults of11which are deliberately caused.In this thesis, we prove the possibility of remote fault diagnosis by embedded devices, and prove the correctness of gray relational analysis algorithm combined with forward reasoning using in the device diagnostics.
