Method:Apply low temperature treatment for173cases of patients adopt by our hospital and Tongliao city hospital from September2001to August2011, but for patients who do not receive the treatment, they are named as the control group. And name the103cases patients who meet mild hypothermia treatment chosen standard and adopt mild hypothermia treatment of these two hospital as the observation group from September2011to January2014. Make up the general Information of the two groups, and get each group’s therapeutic effect according to GCS scale, GOS scale, ALD scale and mortality rate, then we proceed the comparative analysis, and understand the therapeutic effect of mild hypothermia therapy. Result:Comparing and statistical analyzing the GCS scale, GOS scale, ALD scale, mortality rate of each group and other information of reported cases literature, then calculate P values respectively, and the results have statistical significance. Conclusion:The mild hypothcrmia hibernation treatment can significantly improve the pathological changes and metabolic disorders of cerebral injury, and can better prevent the brain secondary damage, relieve cerebral edema, decreasing intracranial pressure, and make the patient smooth pass the dangerous period, at the same time, it has the function to protect the blood brain barrier, and significantly reduce cerebral oxygen consumption, which will maintain normal cerebral blood flow and energy metabolism of the cell, in the clinical, it can reduce the mortality and improve the prognosis for the treatment of brain-stem injury. So. mild hypothermia therapy is a practical and effective method to treat primary brain stem injury, but in the process of treatment, we should strictly control the cooling degree and the range, and we have to actively preventing the occurrence of the complications, combine with conventional treatment we can significantly improve the treatment effect of brain stem injury, and improve the prognosis.
