Objective: Discuss the characteristics of cervical abnormal lymph nodes bycontrast-enhance ultrasound imaging, and offer valuable information in order to makeclinical effective treatment.Method:29cervical abnormal lymph nodes were examined by High frequencyultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging and contrast-enhance ultrasound imagingbefore surgery, record arrival time, time to peak, the form of enhancement, enhancedmode and filling defect situation and so on, and derive consequences of methods incombine High frequency ultrasound with color Doppler flow imaging and combinethem with contrast-enhance ultrasound imaging. Then acquire operative andpathological findings, making pathologic results as gold standard to divided into twogroups, benign and malignant lymph nodes. For the outcome measures of CEUS: AT,TTP were performed t-test, statistical significance when P<0.05; the form ofenhancement, enhanced mode and filling defect situation were performed Chi-squaretest, statistical significance when P<0.05; compare operative and pathological findingswith the above diagnosis. Analyzed and compared with the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of combine High frequency ultrasound with color Doppler flow imaging andcombine them with contrast-enhance ultrasound imaging.Result:(1) Relevant parameters of CEUS: AT and TTP were not significantly differentwith benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes (P>0.05); there are statisticalsignificances in the form of enhancement, enhanced mode and filling defect situation(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of combine Highfrequency ultrasound with color Doppler flow imaging and combine them with contrast-enhance ultrasound imaging. All of their combination results are higher thanthe combination results of High frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging. After Chi-square test, there are statistical significances in the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy of them (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) CEUS could differentiate diagnosis cervical benign and malignantlymph nodes, and provides useful information in emphatic forms, enhanced modes andfilling defect situation to diagnosis. On the basis of high-frequency ultrasound and colorDoppler flow imaging, combine CEUS examination is helpful to improve the diagnoserate of special cervical lesions.(2) CEUS could objectified internal micro blood flowsignals and the internal pathological changes of cervical lesions, to a certain degree, itmake up for a lack of High frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging, has abetter clinical value in differentiate diagnosis lymph nodes.
