Objective: Getting the heart function data and clinical basic data with coronaryheart disease by echocardiography. Drawing key influencing factors which affect thefunction and characteristic indicators in the heart with coronary heart disease throughdata mining techniques to reveal the function of coronary heart disease heart typecharacteristics and variation or trend.Methods: Select221cases of our Hospital in July2013to February2014bycoronary angiography confirmed coronary heart disease (CHD) people.Usinghigh-grade color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus by two-dimensionalechocardiography for coronary heart disease get the heart function relevant indicators,and through the Hospital Information System (HIS) access to patients with clinicalbasic Information, to establish data ware house of data source. Using SQL Server2008as the database management tools, the SQL Server2008DMAddin and Office2007as the tool of data mining, clinical basic Information and cardiac function inpatients with coronary heart disease (CHD) conventional measurement indexes ofmining, mining influence factors and cardiac function change of Informationassociated with a potential, valuable, trends in the evolution of each index, anobjective analysis of the dynamic change of cardiac function.Results:Based on a large number of ultrasonic data through data miningtechnology to build a coronary heart disease (CHD) heart function data model, it isconcluded that affect coronary heart disease (CHD) heart function change of the maininfluence factors and characteristic index, which reveal the coronary heart disease(CHD) heart function evolution law and its evolution trend chart. Conclusion: Coronary heart disease, cardiac function change is under thecombination of various factors affecting the occurrence and development. Throughdata mining technology, we can draw the relative influence of different factorsaffecting the value size, the relative influence of characteristic index values. Bloodsugar, high blood pressure, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), smoking isaffect heart function change the key influencing factors of coronary heart disease.Ejection fraction,Stroke volume, Cardiac output is the characteristic of cardiacdysfunction in patients with coronary heart disease.Coronary heart disease (CHD)heart function calculator statements and the evolution of clinical comprehensivedynamic trend chart can help determine whether patients with cardiac functionchanges and the degree of change.
