The research content of the thesis is the research and development of Xiaoaiping pills. According to the Statistics of WHO, There are about10000000people suffering from cancer and about7000000people died every year in the world, as the second killer of human after Cardiovascular disease, cancer is still a serious threat to human health.In order to solve the health threat of cancer, Domestic and foreign researchers continue to study on the treatment of new methods and techniques, one of the most effective ways of security is the medicine for treatment of cancer. As one of the important forms of oral Chinese medicine pills, dripping pills has the advantages of fast acting, high bioavailability, good drug stability, reduce the toxic and side effect.it is conform to the basic requirements of the modernization of traditional Chinese Medicine. Modern clinical practice and pharmacological research show that, the chinese herbal medicine of Xiaoaiping pill has clear anti-cancer effects. The dripping pills which is made by Marsdenia tenacissima extract with the solid dispersion technology increased total area, accelerate the dissolution and absorption, so as to improve the bioavailability, efficient and fast effect of drugs.We determine the source material through literature method, and suggested the name of Chinese herbal medicines.We review a lot of basic chemistry research, pharmacological and clinical practice research status information of the Marsdenia tenacissima and preparation in the foreign and domestic literature. So many literature reports on study of marsdenia tenacissima and its preparation in the anticancer effect, confirmed it and its preparation has good effect in the aspect of anticancer. This paper summarizes the pharmacological action of Marsdenia tenacissima and preparation in literature, analysis of the mechanism of antitumor effect, provide theoretical basis for other researchers to further study on effective components of marsdenia tenacissima and preparation.We analyzes the development prospect and the urgent needs of preparation from the market need, clinical needs and the modernization of Chinese medicine.In the experimental study, we analysis and study of the original dosage form through "Xiaoaiping tablet" standard,complement and optimize the extraction process of Marsdenia tenacissima herbs,determined the stable, effective extraction process in this research.By the systematic experimental study and analysis of the preparation process on Xiaoaiping pill, we formulate the stable, reliable preparation technology, provides a standard of large-scale production for Xiaoaiping dripping pills,produced three batches, verified the stability and controllability of modified standard preparation. Through the combination of literature and experiment, we study and explore the quality standard of Xiaoaiping dripping pills, including the character, identification, inspection, determination and other items, determined the quality standard of Xiaoaiping dripping pill finally. Through the detection of the three batches of dripping pills by the quality standards,it can control of the quality of the preparation steadily, reliably, efficiently. It is meets the quality standard requirements of new drug research and development.
