Amiodarone was used to control arrhythmia. Blood culture showed Escherichia coli, and lung CT scan indicared some infection. According to the results of drug susceptibility, Meropenem was administrated. Electrical storm recured with fever and chills3days after admission, then intravenous amiodarone, Magnesium sulfate, DXM and promethazine were administrated, while the lung CT scan prompt consolidation of the lung. Cefoxitin was administrated for2weeks after blood routine, CRP, chest computed tomography (CT) and blood culture were normal.electrical storms were not recurrent afterward. It supposed that the excitement of sympathetic system induce these electrical storms for they always happened with fever and chills of septicemia.
