Objective: From the Angle of immunology of tuberculosis patients type macrophagesdon’t convert related cytokines in observational studies, then observe the changes of cellfactor, phenotypic characteristics factor.In tuberculosis and host inflammatory mediators,under the stimulus of macrophages showed different polarization state, M1present inproinflammatory cytokines and bactericidal action, type M2immunosuppression andtissue repair function.Using laboratory testing objective indicator reaction tuberculosispatients of macrophage polarization state.Methods: By using ELISA method to detect the50cases of patients with pulmonarytuberculosis before and one month treatment, treatment after six months of monitoringimmunological macrophage related cytokines, research type macrophages don’t convertrelated cytokine interleukin12(IL-12), interferon-gamma (INF-γ), interleukin10(IL-10), transforming growth factor (TGF-β).The function of macrophage phenotypecharacteristics of molecule nitric oxide enzyme (iNOS) arginase (Arg-1) related laboratoryindex changes.Results: Tuberculosis patients after diagnosis, before standardized treatment ofmacrophage related cytokines TGF β, IL10, IL-12, the healthy check-up of the level andINF-gamma control group there were significant differences (P <0.05), the differencewas statistically significant.Prior to treatment of tuberculosis patients in serum IL-12,IFN-γ, low level of iNOS and healthy controls, with the standardization of TB treatment,treatment for two months, six months before the IL-12, IFN-gamma, iNOS level increased;Prior to treatment of tuberculosis patients in serum IL-10, TGF-β, Arg-1levels were higher than healthy controls, with the standardization of TB treatment,treatment for two months, six months before the IL-10, TGF-β, Arg-1level isdecreasing.Conclusion: We took advantage of the tuberculosis patients serum macrophage relatedcytokines IL-12, IFN-γand M1functional molecular iNOS phenotypic characteristics,macrophage related cytokines IL-10, TGF-β and molecular Arg-1M2functionalphenotype characteristics, in the process of tuberculosis treatment changes, based on thediscussion of different types of macrophages relationship with the occurrence anddevelopment of TB.Through to the macrophage related cytokines observations show thatin the process of development and incidence of tuberculosis, macrophage polarization haschanged.Through the study found that, in the process of treatment of tuberculosis infectionin patients with reduced type M2macrophages related factors play a role to raise M1macrophages related factors play a role.Analysis of correlation between various cytokines,may help to monitor the change of disease and immune function in patients withtuberculosis.
