| Objective Via color doppler ultrasonography to dynamic monitoring middle-late pregnancy fetal, understanding the natural changes of the nuchal cord during pregnancy. Methods Collecting the pregnant woman from January2009to October2012, who completed the entire pregnancy of the prescribed ultrasound examination in our hospital and hospitalized in our hospital childbirth, single fetuses8016cases, twinsl83cases366fetuses, and divided the single fetuses into nuchal cord group and no nuchal cord group.Using ultrasonic workstation full records in detail the whole number of prenatal ultrasoundã€pregnancy fetal presence of the nuchal cord and its changes, and establishing a database export data for analysis. Results (1)The incidence of single fetuses nuchal cord in ultrasound was63.51%, in childbirth was32.12%; The incidence of twins nuchal cord in ultrasound was18.85%, the incidence of twins nuchal cord in ultrasound was lower the single fetuses (P<0.05).(2)Persisting nuchal cord in the pregnancy and more changes of nuchal cord in pregnancy compared with the childbirth, the former rate was lower (P<0.05).(3)Nuchal cord group and no nuchal cord group compared with the umbilical artery blood flow S/D ratioã€RI value was no statistical significance (P>0.05).(4)Nuchal cord group of umbilical cord length was longer than no nuchal cord group (P<0.05), nuchal cord were positively correlated with umbilical cord length(P<0.05).(5) Nuchal cord group of amniotic fluid volume was relatively more than no nuchal cord group (P<0.05), nuchal cord were positively correlated with amniotic fluid volume (P<0.05).(6)Nuchal cord group compared with the group without nuchal cord of the perinatal prognosis was no statistical significance (P>0.05), but the nuchal cord group cesarean delivery rate was higher than no nuchal cord group (P<0.05)Conclusions (1)Through in-depth study of large samples, think of the occurrence of nuchal cord was unpredictable, for the overall, nuchal cord concentrated in middle-late pregnancy. Part of the fetus nuchal cord can intrauterine reset itself.(2) Persisting nuchal cord and more changes of nuchal cord compared with the childbirth, the former rate was lower.(3) The occurrence of nuchal cord had certain relevance with umbilical cord length, amniotic fluid volume. |
