Objective:To enhance the clinical understanding of relative risks of uremia patient through the research to its death cause and the risk factor so that to adopt in-time counter-measure and improve patient outcome.Method:To retrospectively analyze122cases of uremia inpatients and outpatients during2010to2014of our hospital. By taking dead patients as research group (n=61) and survived patients as contrast group (n=61), we analyze and research the cause of death, gender, age, frequency of hemodialysis, potassium, creatinine, albumin, pulmonary infection, renal anemia and urinary tract infection.Result:Age, gender, creatinine, renal anemia and urinary tract infection have nothing to do with the death of uremia patient. The most common cause of death is cardiovascular disease which is followed by infection, cerebrovascular accident, hemorrhage of digestive tract, hyperpotassemia et.al. Hemodialysis frequency, albumin and potassemia of dead patients are obviously lower than that of contrast group. Dead patients are more likely suffered from pulmonary infection. Logistic multivariate analysis:46.6%death risk will be increased while reducing1time per week of hemodialysis;13.6%death risk will be increased while reducing10mmol/L of albumin; Death risk of patients with pulmonary infection increased to14.86times of patients without pulmonary infection. Conclusion:Cardiovascular disease, infection, cerebrovascular accident, hemorrhage of digestive tract, hyperpotassemia are common causes of death. Hemodialysis frequency, albumin and pulmonary infection can be taken as risk factors for death of uremia patient.
