Object:To study curative effect and survival status in post-operative patients with non-small cell lung cancer. And analyze the factors effecting on survival status.Method:173patients were divided into individual group and non-individual group. The individual group was received individual treatment after assessing pathology classifications, tumor TNM stages and the detection of lung cancer correlative genes, while non-individual group was received platinum-based chemotherapy, radiotherapy or Chinese-medicine-therapy. and Overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were evaluated by multi-factors COX regression with HR and95%CI between individual group and non-individual group. Results:The individual group was associated with better PFS (HR=0.52,95%CI0.29-0.95, p=0.03) and OS(HR=0.48,95%CI0.27-0.88,p=0.02) compared with non-individual group in Post-operative NSCLC patients. Tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis had an effect on survival (HR=1.63,95%CI1.19-2.23, p<0.01)and HR=1.93(95%CI1.07-3.67,p=0.04). Moreover, no significant differences was detected in genders, age, NSCLC pathology classification and tumor grade according to COX regression (p>0.05).Conclusions:Patients with NSCLC received individual treatment benefited in PFS and OS rather than non-individual treatment. Furthermore, it suggested that the earlier tumor stages and no metastasis of lymph node preferring a better survival outcome. Therefore, it might be a good choice to apply post-operative individual therapy in NSCLC treatment. It is worthy of promotion.
