ObjectiveAnalysis of Th1/Th2related cytokines and immune function changes of non-smallcell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients after microwave ablation.Methods30cases of NSCLC patients were taken peripheral blood before treatment, one weekand one month after microwave ablation10ml each. Analyze IFN-γ, TNF-β, IL-2, IL-4,IL-6, IL-10by ELISA, and analyze CD4+T cell, CD8+T cell, CD4+/CD8+by flowcytometry.ResultsAfter microwave ablation,TNF-β, IL-2and IFN-γ levels were significantly elevatedin patients with lung cancer, and IL-4, IL-6and IL-10levels were significantly decreased;CD4+T cell percentage and CD4+/CD8+ratio was significantly increased, the percentageof CD8+T cells decreased.ConclusionThe application of microwave ablation in the treatment of patients with lung cancercan improve the Th1to Th2shift status and immune function. |
