OBJECTIVETo investigate the epidemiology rotavirus infection and analysis risk factorsand correlation between intestinal mucosa permeability with children’srotavirus enteritis and the levels of serum AGEs in0~3year olds children.METHODSTo select362children with diarrhea that be hospitalized in our hospital, With172cases of modest or severe dehydration as modest-severe group and190cases of mild dehydration as mild group and180cases of healthy children ascontrol group. A small amount of waste of all the children was taken in theshock tube, and then joining diluent and oscillating three times and wascentrifuged for8000r for20min. Take the supernatant after using ELISAmethod to detect, yellow color indicates positive rotavirus, and colorless isnegative. The morning after admission to take venous blood in children withthe tag, and take them centrifuged for3500r for10min, and then Take thesupernatant at70℃under test in the fridge. Using competitive ELISAmethod to detect the AGEs levels of Children and using spectrophotometrymeasure to detect the levels of diamine oxidase(DAO), and also using limuluslysate test with chromogenic to detect the levels of endotoxin(ETX). Rotavirusprevalence and risk factors were analyzed after that.To detect the change of ETX, DAO and AGEs levels and levels relations among ETX, DAO andAGEs.RESULTS1) In the study of362children with diarrhea,7to12months of childrenaccounted for the highest proportion, is39.0%.31to63months of childrenaccounted for the lowest for the positive rate, is5.2%.2) Rotavirus infection distribute throughout all the year. But Peak of themfocused on October to December and there was a small climax in April.Virusdetection rate was lowest in July and August.3) Breastfeeding, wash their hands before each meal and milk and three daysbefore the onset of been to the hospital had statistical relationship with rotavirusinfection.4) Three days before the onset of been to the hospital was independent riskfactors of rotavirus infection.5) The contrast of three group with the serum levels of ETX and DAO andAGEs was that the levels of ETX and DAO and AGEs in infection group weresignificantly higher than those in the healthy control group (P<0.05); Thelevels of ETX and DAO and AGEs in modest-severe group were significantlyhigher than those in the mild group (P<0.05).6) The correlations of the levels of ETX and DAO and the levels of AGEs: TheDAO levels was positive correlated with AGEs (r=0.67, p<0.05), and alsothe ETX levels was positive correlated with AGEs (r=0.55, P<0.05). CONCLUSION1)The age of Children who easily infect rotavirus is July to December and thepeak of infection contrite for the period October to December.2) Three days before the onset of been to the hospital was independent riskfactors of rotavirus infection.3)Intestinal mucosa permeability with children’s rotavirus enteritis was positivecorrelated with the AGEs levels...
