Objective:To explore the type2diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction patients serum retinol bindingprotein4(RBP4) levels and its significance. Methods:Select in November2012-July2013in the first affiliated hospital of shihezi university of30patients with type2diabetes mellitus (DM),30patients with cerebral infarction (CI group) and30patientswith type2diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction group (DM+CI) medical healthy people (controlgroup) and30cases of the same period. Record each client’s general information and laboratory test results, comparison between groups of serum RBP4levels; Using Spearman ’s correlation analysis of RBP4relatedfactors; The binary classification Logistic regression analysis the influence factors of type2diabetescomplicated with cerebral infarction.Results:(1) the client three out of four acyl glycerin (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), RBP4,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), urinary inhibition C, between homocysteine (Hcy) levels havedifference (P <0.05); The RBP4levels in patients with DM+CI group were higher than other three groups(P <0.05).(2) falls below group blood sugar control (HbA1c>6.5%) RBP4level higher than standardblood sugar control groups (mg/L (106.0-23.1) and (87.8+/-32.5mg/L, t=3.539; P=0.001).(3) serumTC, TG, LDL levels are positively correlated with RBP4(r value was0.430,0.432and0.430, respectively;P=0.001).(4) in patients with DM DI whether as the dependent variable of the binary classificationLogistic regression analysis found that RBP4(OR=1.023, P=1.023) and Hcy (OR=1.130, P=1.130) arethe biological indexe of diabetic cerebral infarction.Conclusion:(1) in patients with type2diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction serum RBP4levels, promptRBP4can be used as a predictor of type2diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.(2) serum RBP4levels associated with blood glucose control is not up to standard, tip need to change the hypoglycemic plan;(3) serum TC, TG, LDL levels and RBP4levels were positively correlated, suggests the importance ofblood lipid therapy.
