Objective:The aim of the research was to discuss the the mechanism of FUfang Hongjingtian’s role of the kidney protection, through it’s effect on Urinary Microalbumin (mALB) and Advanced Oxidation Protein Products (AOPPs) Of animal with type2diabetic nephropathy (T2DM).The result was beneficial to explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and the treatment by Chinese medicine.Methods:First, we collected related literature and did summary analysis to determine the steps of experiment. SPF8weeks male Wistar rats was selected to the research.Normal control group was given ordinary feed, model group was given high-fat diet and streptozotocin. Treatment period:models of T2DM rats were randomly divided into four groups large-dose group, medium-dose group, low-dose group (respectively, they were given large, medium and small dose of compound Chinese medicine decoction) and model control group. Fasting blood sugar(FBG), fasting insulin, blood lipid,AOPPs, and MALB were tested in the course of experiment. Data was showed in mean+SD. Comparison of multiple groups was done by analysis of variance method, P<0.05, was settled the standard with statistical significance. All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS18.0software.Results:1.There were no difference of FBG in groups of diabetic nephropathy model.2.The dody weight of control group was significantly lower than that of small dose group and normal control group, even than the high dose group. DN rats with no medication 3.applied, body weight decreased obviously. The difference of weight lose between medium dosage and small dosage group was with statistical significance, Even there was no statistically significant difference between the large dose group and the medium dose group, but the mean of weight of was low.It was showed that medium dose was effective for DN rats’ weight loss.4.The mALB of model control group was significantly higher than that of small, mediumand large dose group, with statistical significance. It showed that compound was in favor of DN rat proteinuria reduction and renal protection.4. The AOPPs of model control group was significantly higher than that of small, medium or large dose group, with statistical significance. It showed that compound reduced vivo oxidative stress in DN rats.Results:Fufang Hongjingtian had treatment effect on rat of DN and a certain role in protecting the kidneys.
