Experimental And Clinical Study On Bone Necrosis Of The Femoral Head With Warming Yang And Boosting Bone Capsule

Objective: To treat bone necrosis of the femoral head of many types conservatively,using Warming Yang and Boosting Bone Capsule, and observe the clinical outcomes,referring the diagnosis standard and curative effect record system made by Professor WangYun Zhao from Jishuitan Hospital,Beijing. And to score the X-ray of the patients aftertreatment, evaluating the efficacy on the X-ray.Method: This article includes two major parts: the literature study and the clinicalstudy. In the first part, literature study, I review the mechanism, treatment, et cetera,systematically. In the second part, the clinical study, I score the36patients selected by thestandard of dignosis and ruling out, before and after the treatment, all the patients havebeen treated as long as more than a year, and analyze the data, using t test. Record thescores of X-ray alone, and compare the ones before and after the treatment.Results: The effective percentage of the Warming Yang and Boosting Bone Capsuleis94.4%, and t test tells that the discrepancy of the data got before and after the treatment,is statistical. The scores of th X-ray shows a obvious improvement.Conclusion: It is effective to treat bone necrosis of the femoral head of many typesconservatively, using Warming Yang and Boosting Bone Capsule. The improvement of thecurative effect and X-ray go prallelly, basiclly. So we can conclude that bone necrosis ofthe femoral head can be treated effectively and conservatively by Warming Yang andBoosting Bone Capsule.
