The Clinical Effects And The Physical Intervention Effects Of FEIYILIUextract Combined With DC-CIK Cells In The Treatment Of Qi-deficency Ⅲ B, Ⅳ Period Lung Adenocarcinoma

Objective: To observe the clinical effects and the intervention effectsof FEIYILIU(FYL) extract combined with dendritic cells and cytokine-inducedkiller cells(DC-CIK) in patients with Qi-deficencyⅢ B, Ⅳ period lungadenocarcinoma.Methods: ninty-two cases of the selected patients in The Second AffiliatedHospital of Shandong Traditonal Chinese Medical University, ShandongProvincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,Qilu Hospital of ShandongUniversity and Shangdong Province-owned Hospital from March2011to March2013were randomly divided into4groups,which were Chinese traditional medicinegroup (group A23cases), chemotherapy and immune support group (group B23cases), Chinese traditional medicine and DC-CIK group (group C23cases),DC-CIK group (group D23cases).4groups were given different treatmentmethods respectively.after four months,To observe the changes in thefocus,the main symptoms (cough, haemoptysis, fever, chest pain, shortnessof breath, etc), survival time comparison, life KPS scores, weight change,body constitution scores, immune index(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+，cD8+),and Side effectswere also observed.Results：group C was obviously significant in the main symptoms (cough,haemoptysis, chest pain, shortness of breath, etc), survival time comparison, life KPS scores, weight change, body constitution scores, immuneindex(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+), compared to group A,B,D(P<0.05)．In the focuschanges,the tumour efficient rates(CR+PR)of four groups is8.7%,39.13%,47.83%,34.78%respectively，and the stable rates（CR+PR+SD）is69.57%、82.61%、95.65%、91.30%respectively, There is no difference among groupB、C、D,but each of group B、C、D is better than group A(P <0.05); immuneindex in each group before and after the treatment was obviously significant(P<0.05); body constitution scores in group A, C,D before and after thetreatment were obviously significant(P <0.05); side effects showsignificant statistical difference between group C and group D (P<0.05),Therate of fever which happened in C group C is smaller than group D (P <0.05)．Conclusion:1．FEIYILIU extract combined with DC-CIK can significantly enhance theQi-deficiency Ⅲ B, Ⅳ lung adenocarcinoma patients’ quality of life,improve the clinical symptoms, prolong the survival time.2． FEIYILIU extract combined with DC-CIK was positive therapeuticintervention on Qi-deficiency Ⅲ B, Ⅳ lung adenocarcinoma patients, it canenhance clinical response effect obviously.3．FEIYILIU extract combined with DC-CIK can improve more efficiently andmaintain stable rate of treatment in patients with Qi-deficiency Ⅲ B, Ⅳlung adenocarcinoma.4．FEIYILIU extract combined with DC-CIK increases the counts of CD3+，CD4+cell in the serum and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+in Qi-deficiency Ⅲ B，Ⅳ lung adenocarcinoma patients, improving the immune function of patients.
