| Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangxin methodin the treatment of left heart disease related pulmonary hypertension, in order toprovide practical ideas and methods for the study of left heart disease-related pulmonaryhypertension in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Patients in this study will meet the inclusion criteria of60cases of leftheart-related pulmonary hypertension, according to the randomization method is dividedinto two groups, the use of the control group (conventional medicine) and treatment group(conventional Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine) relative ratio.Fourweeks after treatment for a course of treatment after six successive treatment of clinicalsymptoms observed between the two groups, Doppler echocardiography (mainlypulmonary artery systolic pressure), six-minute walking distance test and cardiac functionchanges in ratings and statistical analysis.Results: TCM syndrome: The total efficiency in the treatment group was96.7%, thecontrol group was90.0%,and the symptoms of the two groups were improved, and thetreatmeat group was better than that of control group.Pulmonary artery systolic pressure,right ventricular diameter,6MWT, the heart function: Pulmonary hypertension wereimproved, and the treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Conventional Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of leftheart disease-related pulmonary hypertension cardiopulmonary Qi Deficiency Syndromehave a significant effect, can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve exercise tolerance and reduce pulmonary artery systolic pressure, and effective.2.Combination therapy can improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality oflife of patients.3.No adverse reactions, safe and reliable. |
