Study On The Expressions Of VEGF, CXCR4and Clinic Significance In Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Objective:To detect the expression level of CXCR4and VEGF and analyze the correlation between the two proteins. Clinicopathological charateristics and prognosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma were assessed. Furthermore, their role in the development, invasion and prognosis of DLBCL was also assessed.This topic may provide some theoretical and clinical proofs for finding out some new therapys of diffuse large B cell lymphoma.Methods:1. The peripheral blood of44patients’with newly diagnosed DLBCL were choosed for study. The peripheral blood of20healthy adults were choosed for controls.2. The expression levels of CXCR4and VEGF in serum were detected by ELISA.3. The patients’clinical dates were collected. All the datas were analysed by SPSS17.0soft ware.Results:1. The expression of VEGF and CXCR4in DLBCL were higher than that of healthy matched control (P<0.05).2. The expression of VEGF in DLBCL was correlated with pathological types, the number of extranodal involvements, Ann Arbor state and LDH, and all of the results had statistically significant difference (P<0.05).3. The expression of CXCR4in DLBCL was correlated with pathological types, the number of extranodal involvements, and Ann Arbor state,,and all of the results had statistically significant difference (P<0.05).4. The expression of VEGF were positively correlated with the expression of CXCR4in diffuse large B cell lymphoma, and the correlation coefficient was0.743(P<0.05).5. Univariate analysis showed that LDH, the perfomance states, extranodal involvements, pathological types, CXCR4and Ann Arbor states were associated with shorter OS and PFS.6. Multiple analysis showed that the pathological types were associated with shorter OS and PFS.Conclusion:1. The expression levels of VEGF and CXCR4in the patients of diffuse large B cell lymphoma were higher than that of control.2. VEGF and CXCR4played an important role in the development and invasion of DLBCL, and there was synergistic effect between the two proteins.3. VEGF and CXCR4can forecast the response to chemotherapy of DLBCL.4. The pathological types was adverse factors for PFS and OS.
