Purpose:To observe lian-guan shuang jie tang and re-du-ning injection treat30cases herpesangina (wind-heat guilty phenotype)of the clinical efficacy and safety.Method:90patients met the criteria selected of herpes angina were randomly divided intothree groups, each group has30cases.The treatment group was received lian-guan shuang jietang and re-du-ning treatment. Re-du-ning injection as control group A, vidarabinemonophosphate injections of anti-viral treatment, as the control group B. Three days for a course,generally observed two courses.Result:30cases of treatment group patients were cured22cases, effective in5cases,2case effective,1case ineffective, the total effective rate was96.7%;30cases in the control groupApatients, cured17cases,4cases were markedly effective,5case effective,4cases ineffective.The total effective rate was86.7%;30cases in the control group B,16patients were cured,effective in4cases,3cases effective,7cases ineffective. The total effective rate was76.7%. Thetreatment group than the control group, A control group was significantly better than the controlgroup B. Clinical observation of the three groups had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion: Lian-guan shuang jie tang joint re-du-ning injection in children with herpesangina (wind-heat guilty phenotype) security is high, satisfactory, a higher value for a wide rangeof clinical applications.
