The Research On The Construction Of The Three Gorges Area’s Medical Service System

With the development of economy, areas become closely linked. Regional public issues becomes more difficult to handle and more wide-ranging. As an important part of public service, medical service is not only a part of the responsibilities of the government, also the major problem that affecting people’s live. Now people’s increasingly demand of health system make it to be an urgent task to establish a medical services system of regional. At present, Three Gorges regional have the problem of medical resources scattered, Urban-rural differences, Poor information flow, referral difficulties and so on. So Three Gorges region need to build a perfect regional medical service system to upgrade the area’s medical standards.The goal of this paper is to explore the specific measures to build the Three Gorges regional medical service system by combining analysis of the theory and practice. First, the paper analysis the construction of the regional medical service system. One is from the theoretical basis of economics and management, the other is from China’s medical status and the international trend of constructing regional medical service system. Second, the paper analysis the regional medical problems of the Three Gorges region according to the actual conditions. Finally, combining with the Inner Mongolia’s experience in the establishment of regional medical service work, the paper have further discussion on measures and precautions that should be done in construction of the Three Gorges area in the medical service system.
