Objective Observe the preventive effect of the Xin Lv KangNing JinGao on the experimental study of slow arrhythmias in isolated rat heart.Rate the Xin Lv Kang NingWan safety and effectiveness through clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of slow arrhythmias(xinshenyangxu,xinmaibizu). Probe mechanism action of XinLvKangNingWan prevention and treatment to slow arrhythmias(xinshenyangxu,xinmaibizu), provide new experimental evidence,treatment ideas and method for the treatment of slow arrhythmias.Methods The study was divided into two parts.(1)Animal experiments:The SPF SD rats were divided into modeling group, albuterol sulfate group and XinLvKan-gNingJinGao high,medium and low-dose groups.There are six rats in each group.Langendoff perfusion device using rat heart perfusion method from verapamil hydrochloride, copy exogenous free radicial-induced arrhythmias in rats modle.Comparative study on the preventive effect of isolated heart arrhythmias ECG changes of XinLv KangNingJinGao and albuterol sufate.(2) Clinical study: A randomized methodwill be incorporated into the treatment group patients(40cases)and control group(40cases), the treatment group were given XinLvKangNing Wan,control groupreceived albuterol sulfate tablets, the observation period of 8 weeks.Baseline,ECG, Holter, blood lipids, hemorrheology and clinical symptoms integral of TCM were compared before treatment; ECG, Holter and clinical symptoms integralof TCM and other indicators were compared group differences within and between groups before and after treatment.Evaluate the safety of XinLvKangNing Wan’s treatment of slow arrhythmias through compare the before and after treatm-ent blood,stool urine, liver and kidney function safety indicators.Results(1) Experimental study: XinLv KangNingJinGao each dose group, albut-rol sulfate group and modeling group were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a significant difference( P<0.05) between XinLvKangNingJinGao moderate,high dose group and albuterol sulfate group. There was no significant difference( P>0.05) between XinLv KangNingJinGao low-dose group and albuterol sulfate group; There was a significant difference between XinLvKangNingJinGao moderat-edose group and high-dose group( P<0.05).(2) Clinical observation: After treatment,there was a significant difference( P<0.05) between the treatment group and thecontrol group in the ECG, Holter and TCM clinical symptoms. In blood lipids and hemorrheology,the two groups showed no statistically significant after treatment(P>0.05);Safety indicators, before and after treatment, vital signs,blood, urine,stool, liver and kidney function of two groups showed no significan difference(P>0.05).Conclusions(1) XinLvKangNingJinGao may have a role in prevention and treatment of slow arrhythmias in isolated rat heart induced by exogenous free radicals, and the moderate dose is the best.(2)XinLv KangNingWan can improve patients with arrhythmias(xinshenyangxu, xinmaibizu) heart rate, TCM clinical syndromes, and the results are significantly better thanthe control group albuterol sulfate.(3)XinLvKangNingWan has high security on the therapeutic effect of slow arrhythmias(xinshenyangxu,xinmaibizu).(4) This study suggests that XinLv Kang NingWan may improve myocardial blood supply situation may improve isolated rat heart electrical activity in vitro by regulating ion channels, provide a reliable experime-ntal andclinical evidence for XinLvKangNingWan to clinical practice.
