Objective:Liver cancer is one of our common gastrointestinal cancer, in recent years the incidence and mortality increased gradually, so its prevention has become the focus of research and clinical work. Type of liver-fatty acid binding protein (L-FABP) is by far the most studied a class of fatty acid binding protein abundantly expressed in the liver cells and intestinal cells, can be combined with a variety of ligands, will transport them to cells from different regions, including the nucleus, peroxisomes, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and lipid vesicles. SAA and CRP is an acute phase response protein expression in a variety of malignancies. β-cat is a kind of mediated cell adhesion and signal transduction dual activity of multifunctional protein that has been found in many human malignancies. Gs protein is a G protein family structure and function more clearly a component, is a membrane receptor uncoupling protein adenylate cyclase (AC) between. This paper aims to study LFABP, SAA/ CRP, β-cat, GS high, poorly differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma and liver cell adenoma cases and hepatocellular adenoma distinguish different genotyping for clinical provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment.Methods:60 cases of liver cancer hospital I treated liver cells, high and poorly all 30 cases,30 cases of hepatocellular adenoma patients, the use of internal ELISA immunohistochemistry assay into the patient’s blood group and tissue LFABP, SAA/CRP, β-cat, GS level. Results:LFABP, SAA/CRP, β-cat, GS in HCC and HCA were expressed, poorly differentiated HCC patients LFABP level lower than well-differentiated HCC patients, and significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Poorly in the experimental group SAA HCC serum and tissue/CRP, β-cat, GS levels were higher in patients with well-differentiated HCC, and significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The control group of patients of different type of HCA, the lower the level of H-HCA LFABP patients with higher levels of GS; SAA/CRP in patients with higher levels of IHCA; β-cat at a high level in the β-HCA; and other two-component type, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:The lower level of LFABP and the higher level of SAA/CRP, β-cat and GS show that poorly differentiated HCC have high malignant degree, through the preoperative examination in HCC levels in the blood, help determine HCC differentiation degree; detecting their contents can help us distinguish the HCA subtype from the molecular level.
