In the ancient literature of TCM disease had not described in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,that mainly according to clinical manifestations.It can be attributed to be on the treatment of hypomenorrhea, amenorrhea, infertility, menstrual period, etc.In recent years, the disease of Chinese medicine treatments is gradually highlight its advantages, which can fundamentally relieve the patient pain.Therefore,the expriences of the treatment of this disease of gynecological medicines should be arranged systematically, which include in etiologies and pathogenesis, treament, medicine, to provide a reference for the future of Chinese medicine in the treatment of disease.OBJECTIVESWe chose 30 famous TCM experts academic experience inheritance from the first to the fifth batch of old to guide the work of the teacher in the selection, which are mainly engaged in the gynecology of TCM.It can grasp the overall experiences of diagnosis and treatments of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.It is a good way to summarize their understandings of etiologies and pathogenesis of the disease, treatment, medical diagnosis of this disease and analysis of the syndromes of TCM, and take thier prescription frequency statistics and the rules of drug analysis in order.It provides a reference for the related basic theory and clinical medicine.METHODS1 Literature ReviewWe can get related literature from the use of cyber source library and library.Then, we could summarize the main etiologies and pathogenesis and therapeutic principles by collecting and finishing 30 masters in diagnosis and treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.2 Data Mining Research of arthralgia prescriptionIt conforms to the standard of the collected data using the software of its own statistical analysis, followed by the use of "TCM inheritance auxiliary platform (V2.5)"software.The overall data analysis including the analysis of frequency statistics and rules.All the cases are divided into three groups of hierarchical data analysis including late menstruation, amenorrhea, uterine bleeding.In order to explore the drug experience gynecologic famous experts in the diagnosis and treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.RESULTS1 the Result of Literature Review①Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of TCM etiologies have four points.They are congenital factors, lifestyle factors, emotional factors, physical factors.The lifestyle of factors including improper diet, work and rest, drug or operation injury.②Polycystic Ovary Syndrome occurred more than three dirties treatments from kidney, liver, spleen.And the most important pathogenesis is kidney.Disease locations are also involved in the Chongren, the uterus, and the main risk factors are phlegm and blood stasis.③Treatment of this disease can be summarized as the following three aspects.Each person has own treatment.The combination of disease and syndrome and the body use together.Combine prevention with control and keep the mood happy.2 Results Prescription Data Mining①There are 138 cases in this study.It includes 387 prescriptions,229 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and using drug 5596 times.Among them, the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine in 100 a total of more than 16, respectively: Danggui, Tusizi, Xiangfu, Chuanxiong, Baishao, Shudihuang, Fuling, Gouqizi, Dansheng, Yinyanghuo, Niuxi, Baizhu, Gancao, Bajitian, Shanzhuyu, Yimucao.②20～30 years old patients are the main ages for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome seeing doctors, accounting for 69.57% of the total.The puberty and reproductive age women are the cases, deficiency syndrome appears 18 times (13.04%).Empirical syndrome appears 17 times (12.32%).Intermingled deficiency and excess syndrome appears 103times (74.64%)TCM syndrome factor
