Objective:1.To evaluate the E.coli stains from food in our region.2.To investigate the distribution of food and clinic by intestinal pathogenic type of E.coli.3.To survey the distribution of Ex PEC strains in two source of E.coli according to the virulence genes of Ex PEC.4.To develop the molecular typing and to establish the molecular types database of two sources of Ex PEC by PFGE. Methods: 1.According to method of the national standard GB4789.38-2012, 128 samples were collected and tested.According to discipline,86 E.coli strains were collected from clinic.2.The serological identification of two sources of E. coli was tasted. PCR was performed to detect the virulence factors of the Ex PEC strains in two source of E.coli.3.Reference the Pulse Net recommended method for the establish of Ex PEC PFGE and PFGE databases. Results: 1.E.coli were detected in 40 samples of 128 samples with the detection rate of 31.3%.It was give priority to meat and bean products.2. There are 6 strains of EIEC、3 strains of ETEC、1 strain of EPEC in food. There are 1 strain of EIEC 、2 strains of ETEC、4 strains of EPEC from clinical strains.3.According to the virulence genes of Ex PEC,there are 4 strains of Ex PEC in food and 38 strains of Ex PEC from clinic.4.There were some types molecular types of Ex PEC by PFGE and the similar values were between 19%-95%.Conclusion: 1. 6 types of food were contaminated by E.coli in different degrees. 2.Food and clinical practice were contaminated by EIEC、EPEC and ETEC.It reveal that food is the risk of spreading the diarrheagenic E.coli.3.According to the testing of virulence genes of Ex PEC, Ex PEC strains were detected in food and clinic. It reveal that food is one way to propagate the Ex PEC.4.PFGE is an effective method to establish molecular types database of 42 strains of Ex PEC which can reveal the genetic relationships between different strains. It provides the basis for the Public Health survey of Ex PEC.
