Objective:By studying the expression influence in Jiedu tongluobaoshen capsule on diabetic rats renal tissue Nocth1,NICD,WT-1,makes sure whether diabetes renal tissues can exi st in Nocth pathway activation during early stage,and discu sses the protection method of kidney function in diabetes e arly stage.Methods:The diabetic rat model was prepared by one intr aperitoneal injection of large dose STZ in research,taking Jiedutongluobaoshen capsule eight weeks,animals to be put t o death.Using the biochemical method to detect diabetic rat s blood glucose,blood lipid and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),s erum creatinine(Scr)level.Paraffin section HE dyeing method observes the renal tissue structure and detect renal tissu e Nocth1,NICD,WT–1 by Immunohistochemical method.Results:1.Jiedutongluobaoshen capsule reduce diabetic r ats blood glucose level significantly reduce the serum trig lyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC) content effectively.2.Jieduton gluobaoshen capsule reduced the serum BUN,Scr levels signif icantly.3.Jiedutongluobaoshen capsule can improve diabetes rat kidney microstructure.4.Jiedutongluobaoshen capsule can lower Nocth1,NICD expression increase WT–1 in the kidney tissues.Conclusion:Jiedutongluobaoshen capsule can improve the diabetic model rats with sugar,lipid metabolism, protect th e micro structure and function in the kidney obviously.The prescription works for changes in the structure of kidney t issue may be associated with inhibiting Nocth pathway activ ation,indicates that the prescription may have good effects in prevention of diabetic nephropathy.
