| Purpose: To observe the mechanism of yishendaluo Decoction with EAE,to explore the advantages of Troditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis.Method: Choose healthy C57BL/6 mice, female gender, age 6- 8 weeks, body weight in the range of 18- 22 g,made after the mode,according to the given compound traditional Chinese medicine decoction, 0.9% physiological saline, Prednisone Acetate Tablets suspension gavage filling of stomach.Rats were killed after modeling for twenty-second days, followed by immunohistochemistry. The results obtained by Image Pro Plus6.0 software to analyze the data, the statistical analysis by using SPSS 13.0 software.Result: Immunohistochemical method detection experiment in central nervous system of the mice of P300, results showed that: the normal group and model group were compared, the hormone group, Chinese medicine group was significantly difference(p300:F=310.203,P=0.000,P<0.01); Immunohistochemical method detection experiment in central nervous system of the mice of HDAC1, tresults showed that: raditional Chinese medicine group and normal group and the model group had significantly difference(P<0.01), there was difference compared with hormone group(P<0.05)(HDAC1:F=47.291,P=0.000,P<0.01).Conclusion: Years of clinical practice shows that in the relief of MS disease and relieve the clinical symptoms, the effect of yishendaluo Decoction showed obvious effect. The results of this study confirms the positive function of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of MS process and significant advantages, and the epigenetic level in-depth analysis of its mechanism, provide an important basis for effective drug in the treatment of MS. |
