| Object To discuss study about early clipping catheter’s effect to patients’urination after the surgery for gastric cancer.Method This test select 132 patients who all had the radical operation anti gastric cancer in Gastric and Colorectal Surgery, the first Bethune Hospital of Jilin University and met inclusion criteria from January to August,2014. They are randomized controlled to divided to three groups, group A(clamp the catheters at once after surgery), group B(clamp the catheters 6 hours after surgery) and the control group. Compare all the sexes, ages, clinical stages, mental tension levels, postoperative fluid intake, first urination time and condition after removing catheters, and abdominal symptoms, urinary flow rate, after-micturition comfort, still and the positive rate of urine culture.Results Through the compare of the sexes, ages, clinical stages, mental tension levels and postoperative fluid intake under the T-test and X2-test, it shows no remarkable difference (P>0.05) and the result can be comparable. But there is definitely diversity (P<0.05) in compare of the first urination time and condition after removing catheters, and abdominal symptoms, the positive rate of urine culture between the experiment groups (group A and group B) and the control group. Also (P>0.05) result between group A and group B. Under non-parametric test of comparing the first urinate duration time after removing catheters and urine flow velocity integral, it can be found that the experiment groups result is much more positive than the control group (P<0.05), and group A is better than group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Early clipping catheters after surgery for gastric cancer could obviously move up the urination after removing catheters, improve the first urination condition and abdominal symptoms, reduce the positive rate of urine culture. Also it is helpful to increase the first urinate duration time after removing catheters and the urinary flow rate. |
