| Objective: The effect of fermentation lactic acid bacteria on the genital morphology of rats with the hyperlipaemia were studied.Methods:SD rats (in equal proportion of gender) were randomly divided into the normal group, high-fat group,prevention group 1, prevention group2 and prevention group3. There were 310 rats in the high-fat group and 64 rats in the rest of the groups/per. The normal group was given the basic feed. However, the high-fat group and the three prevention groups were given thee high-fat feedstuff. At the same time, the prevention groups were poured the fermented lactic acid bacteria. After two weeks, researcher randomly selected 16 rats form each group, fasting 12h, taking blood and executing. The serum HDL-C decreased significantly and the CHOã€LDL-C was increased obviously in the high-fat group, which have a notable difference in comparison with the normal group (p<0.05 and p<0.01, respectively). The result means that the model was built successfully. Then, the rats of high-fat group were randomly divided into the high fat group, drug group, Normal diet group and treatment group 1,2,3. The normal group and Normal diet group were given the basic feed and the other groups were given the high-fat feedstuff. At the same time, the treatment groupl was poured a lactic acid bacteria(strainl), the treatment group2 was poured another lactic acid bacteria(strain2), the treatment group3 was poured the mixed bacteria(strainl and 2). The drug group was feed the oral lipid-lowering drugs. There are 3 cycles in total (30d/per cycle). Each group randomly select eight rats (female and male half) and put to death in every cycle, and then observe the organizational changes in the uterus, ovaries, testes and epididymis and measure related indicators.Result:This experiment successfully established the hyperlipidemia model of SD rat. The endometrium sustainable thickening of the high fat group, ovarian primary follicles, secondary follicles, mature follicles, corpus luteum of the high fat group are lowered. The endometrium thickening velocity of rat in normal diet group, prevention group 1, drug group is slower than the high fat group. Ovarian primary follicles, secondary follicles, mature follicle, corpus luteum of rat in normal diet group, prevention groupl,treatment groupl,drug group rat has decreased, but compare with control group, no significant difference.The structure of testis and epididymis in control group is normal.The organization structure of testis in other experiment groups are slightly loose, and the cell number has reduced, no other obvious morphological changes;There have sperm group in the epididymis, the sperms in epididymis lumen is less than the control group, no other obvious morphological changes. |
