Study On The Application Of Path Analysis In DRGs Packet

Objective Using path analysis to analysis four kinds of complex and multiple disease (chronic renal failure, type 2 diabetes, angina, hypertension) cost, the main influence factors indicate to DRGs packet. Provide methodological reference and ideas for the complex types of disease of DRGs packet process, provides the reference for the medical insurance policy. Method Choose four complex and multiple diseas:chronic renal failure, hypertension, type 2 diabetes and angina pectoris, using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis to understand the hospitalization expenses of four kinds disease’s influence factor. The main influence factors of four kinds of diseases DRGs packet access compared with DRGs, and the grouping factors in sample hospitals of these four diseases. Results The study found that the 4 important component of hospitalization expenses are drugs and inspection fees, nursing and bed fee take less proportion. Operation costs accounted for the highest proportion of patients with angina pectoris. Path analysis showed that DRGs in chronic renal failure group factors are:the dialysis (Y=0.408), ICU (Y=0.293), additional diagnostic (Y=0.141); hypertension DRGs grouping factors are:whether the operation (Y=0.364), ICU (Y=0.217), the number of complications (Y=0.127); The grouping factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus are:whether ICU (Y=0.382), The number of complications (Y=0.309), whether the operation (Y=0.108); Angina pectoris group factors are:whether ICU (Y=0.526), whether the operation (Y=0.28), age (Y=0.038). There are some differences between the DRGs main grouping factors in sample hospitals in four kinds of diseases. Conclusion Appropriate path to reach the "medicine, patient," three party identity hospitalization expense payment, DRGs packet process should be combined with the region, the hospital data analysis, to determine the grouping factors, there are cost control purpose. At the same time, DRGs PPS can try to use path analysis on Influencing Factors of the actual disease and costs were stratified analysis after DRGs packet. DRGs packet flow of the method for analysis of complex diseases and provide more information. In further research, we can try to use the methods to analysis similar problem, in order to achieve the best control of fee.
