Objective:To discuss under laparoscopic cystectomy with orthotopic to the clinical efficacy of long-term sigmoid neobladder. Methods:Reviewed from February 2009 to June 2014 People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on 36 cases of male patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer implement laparoscopic cystectomy plus sigmoid neobladder place to go with a reconstruction of postoperative biochemical indices cases, imaging findings, urination and urinary conditions, urodynamics, with or without recurrence and metastasis, such as follow-up and analysis summary. Results:36 cases were successful surgery, operative time 5~9h, average 6.5h; blood loss was 200~900ml, an average of 375ml; all patients were followed up for 3~after 36 months, an average of 18 months, no follow-up period One patient died; after two weeks after catheter removal, 30 patients in four to eight weeks of independent control of urinary function recovery,6 cases of nocturnal urinary control bad, at 12 to 24 weeks to restore urinary continence; 1 patient 6 months emergence of a new bladder and urethra anastomotic stricture; review and biochemical indicators of postoperative follow-up period, one patient with impaired renal function and the remaining patients had no obvious abnormalities; line during follow-up cystoscopy, imaging studies, were not found in the urethra of tumor recurrence and metastasis; 30 cases of patients after 24 months urodynamic results suggest:new bladder capacity (514.10±15.50) ml, urinary bladder reservoir pressure (29.93±2.45) cmH2O, bladder voiding pressure (73.60±3.52) cmH2O, maximum urinary flow rate (15.15±1.25) ml/s, residual urine volume was (57.53±3.10) ml. Conclusion: Laparoscopic total excision of the urinary bladder in situ to new bladder with sigmoid colon surgery with satisfactory effect, less long-term complications, is worth popularizing clinically.
