Superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis with high-level epithelioma sample change (chronic atrophic gastritis and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, the CAG and H-IN), distal gastric adenocarcinoma.3. Colitis, colon polyps and colonic cancer group.In the three groups of subjects of the end of the new blood, using condensation dyeing test TAP to expression.Results:1. TAP in colitis, colon polyps, positive expression rate of colonic carcinoma were 6.7%,72.2%,87.1%, in between the positive expression of comparison was statistically significant (P< 0.05), creasing trend in expression.Conclusion:The TAP of the three common gastrointestinal precancerous disease had a close correlation in the process of expression.For further study, it can be used as common digestive tract precancerous diagnosis of one of the early screening of sensitive index, which provides the basis for early intervention for common digestive tract tumor.
