| Objective:Tumor abnormal protein and TAP were expressed in common gastrointestina 1 precancerous of conditions and significance.Methods:According to certain and exclusion criteria, giving the accord with medical ethics category, they were presented in three groups:respectively 1 esophagitis, Barrett esophagus (Barrett’s esophagus, BE) group, esophagus cardiac adenocarcinoma.2. Superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis with high-level epithelioma sample change (chronic atrophic gastritis and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, the CAG and H-IN), distal gastric adenocarcinoma.3. Colitis, colon polyps and colonic cancer group.In the three groups of subjects of the end of the new blood, using condensation dyeing test TAP to expression.Results:1. TAP of the positive expression of the 3 groups with gender, age and nationality had no statistical significance (P> 0.05);2. TAP on esophagitis, BE, esophagus cardia adenocarcinoma positive expression rate of 35.0%,70.6% and 72.2%, respectively, after the two groups were compared with esophagitis group, having statistical significance (P< 0.05);BE group compared with esophagus cardia adenocarcinoma groups had no statistical significance (P> 0.05);The comparison between three groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05);And the increasing trend.3. IN superficial gastritis, the CAG and H-, distal gastric adenocarcinoma IN positive expression rate of 7.7%,31.3% and 56.7% respectively, the two groups were compared with the chronic superficial gastritis group after, having statistical significance (P< 0.05), the CAG and H-IN group compared with distal gastric carcinoma group had statistical significance (P< 0.05), the comparison between three groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05);And the increasing trend.4. TAP in colitis, colon polyps, positive expression rate of colonic carcinoma were 6.7%,72.2%,87.1%, in between the positive expression of comparison was statistically significant (P< 0.05), creasing trend in expression.Conclusion:The TAP of the three common gastrointestinal precancerous disease had a close correlation in the process of expression.For further study, it can be used as common digestive tract precancerous diagnosis of one of the early screening of sensitive index, which provides the basis for early intervention for common digestive tract tumor. |
