Objective:Evaluating the efficacy and safety laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery for AEG. Provide evidence-based treatment options and clinical program for AEG.Method:Find out literature about AEG and laparoscopy in PubMed, Web of Science, China Academic Journal, Articles and VIP etc. Press the inclusion and exclusion criteria were screened by two independent investigators and extract relevant data, and than to pooled analysis the indicators such as the operation time, blood loss, number of lymph node dissection and postoperative hospital stay.Result:The cavity mirror group weighted average operation time was 182.21 min, and traditional open operation time averages 140 min, statistically significant (P< 0.05),so the cavity mirror operation time is longer than the traditional laparotomy group. Length of hospital stay, after the cavity mirror set of weighted 12.70 d, open group is 15.0 d. Blood loss, weighted by the statistics, laparoscopy group mean 96.24ml, traditional laparotomy group was 220.0 ml, they were significantly different (P<0.05). The number of lymph node dissection in laparoscopy group weighted mean was 26.34/cases, laparotomy group was 28.1/cases, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Comparing the blood loss and postoperative hospital, laparoscopy wear less and shorter than traditional open surgery. And the number of lymph node cleaning there was no significant difference. But the operation time was significantly longer than traditional open operation. It is showed that AEG microscopically operation is relatively complex, need higher technical operation, but the recent effect is superior to the traditional open operation.
