Objective:To investigate the effect of stress on depression in patients with severe brain-derived neurotrophic factor (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF) gene methylation in the pathogenesis of severe depression, and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) gene methylation and the relationship between major depressive disorder, a clear genetic, neurological and environmental factors in the pathogenesis of the possible interaction between severe depressive disorder pathogenesis explore from severe depression level ofmolecular biology, and life events on the onset of severe depression possible ways to further explore the major depressive disorder etiology, pathogenesis, and barriers to early diagnosis, early intervention, individualized treatment for severe depression and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of disease, provide more information.
